For my first post and the fact that the sun is FINALLY shining I thought I’d share things that have put a ‘spring’ in my step this week.

I have been an avid desert island discs listener for a while but for some reason hadn’t listened to them since Lauren Laverne came back from her break. Love hearing about Cher’s career and thought’s on being a woman in the limelight. She also chooses some great 60s/70s songs.

Hacks (NOWTV)
I have mentioned this show to so many people and very few have taken me up on it so this is another plea to please watch! It’s about a legendary Vegas comic needing to spice up her act, so her agent sends her a millennial LA comic to help her write material. Plenty of inter-generational hilarity ensues. Plus the cast is amazing.
Sort Your Life Out (BBC iPlayer)
This show might be the the number one reason I pay my TV licence. Apart from Stacey Solomon, Dilly, Rob & Euan being the nicest people on TV, it’s just an extremely heart-warming watch. Who doesn’t love a home transformation complete with organising labels galore and incredibly neatly folded clothes?
